(January
25, 2010) Acoustic
Guitar magazine - which bills itself as the
UKs No.1 magazine for acoustic music - published
their 20th anniversary edition this month.
As
part of a two-decade-long review, they selected a list
of more than two-hundred
albums that they considered to define what is
possible in fingerstyle, flatpicking, blues, bluegrass,
songwriting, pop/rock, and other guitar styles
Tim
Buckleys Dream Letter: Live in London 1968
made the list for the year 1990.
Note:
The listing names Rhino Records as the record label. While
'Dream Letter' was originally released in the US by the
now-defunct Enigma Records - and subsequently briefly
available on Rhino - Manifesto Records continues to sell
the title in the USA and under license for the rest of
the world.
