The Swell Season are Glen Hansard (from the Irish band, The Frames) and Marketa Irglova (classically trained Czech pianist and vocalist). They recently appeared in Seattle in a live concert documented by KEXP 90.3 FM.

They performed an explosive version of Buzzin' Fly as their last song. A video can be seen on Youtube, with a podcast set to follow on the KEXP website..
